I had a remote session with Christina. I asked her to help with my neck and shoulder. She intuitively picked up on some other issues I was having that contributed to my neck and shoulder pain. The session left me feeling very relaxed and I woke up the following morning with much less pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulder.
